Handcrafted stories that resonates deeper.

As creatives who share a childlike sense of wonder, we use stop-motion animation with all its charming imperfections to bring a playful and ‘human’ touch to brands. We’re passionate about using our hands to create compelling narratives from scratch. And in an era where AI is replacing more tangible mediums, our decade-long experience has seen us carve out a niche where few choose to tread.

Why Stop Motion Works.

If you want people to feel something, give them something that feels real. That’s why stop-motion hits different. You can see the brush strokes, the fingerprints, the tiny flaws—stuff that makes it human. It’s not just eye candy, it’s hands-on storytelling. And people can’t help but lean in when they feel the real.

The Anti-AI Medium.

AI slop is everywhere! And honestly, it’s all starting to look the same. Perfect, polished, and totally forgettable.
Stop motion brings the charm back with the quirks, the flaws, and the human touch. That’s what makes people stop scrolling and actually feel something.

The Craft Of Stop Motion.

Craft never goes out of style. Audiences crave what’s real, human and made by hand. But many brands think craft means complexity.
We have utmost control of all the elements you see. Nothing is unknown and everything is made in-house.

Our Stop Motion Process

Concept Ideation

One of the important steps in the pre-production phase! This is where the concept of your story is developed - whats the best way to tell it?

SCRIPT

The scriptwriting phase outlines the story, any dialogue, actions, and scene descriptions serving as the blueprint for the animation. This will ensure clear storytelling, guiding the storyboards and will inform everything else moving forward.
What to consider: Depending on which platform your animation will live, we will tailor the length of your story to fit. Attention drops off after 90 seconds!

storyboarding & Animatic

The storyboard phase visualizes the script through a sequence of rough sketches, mapping out key scenes, camera angles, and composition. Each frame is designed and edited until you are happy with the flow of the animation. This is the most important step in the stop motion process, these storyboards will inform how the final animation will look. Being picky in this phase will get us closer to the vision you're after!

The animatic consists of timing those static sketches from the storyboard into a video format. This step gives us a better idea of timing and pacing, and how it feels to watch it fully.

Styling

The styling or style frame step involves creating detailed, polished images that represent the final look of the animation. These frames establish the visual style, including colours, lighting, textures, and character design, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic before production begins.

Pre-Production

Once the above steps are completed we move into designing and building all the assets in each storyboard scene. Environments, people, animals, props - we create everything from scratch to match out visual direction.

Blocking & Animation!

After our assets are created we move into animation! The blocking phase in stop motion animation involves planning and testing character movements, camera angles, and scene composition. Animators use rough poses and key positions to map out movement and timing - this is a very rough animation pass!

After the blocking is approved we then animate. We use the blocked pass for timing while adding more polished and controlled movements. This is the final pass.

Post-Produciton

After the final animation is shot we move to editing and post production. This step involves editing together all required shots and any rig removal (equipment that holds anything up in the air), image cleanup, compositing, colour correction and sound design.

Distribution

We then render out any required sizes and quality for distribution. These are final version for you to upload to the software of media sites you advertise on.

You're in good hands.
