About project
Direct Energy Understanding Your Bills
For Direct Energy, we produced a pair of animated explainer videos designed to demystify the charges on their electricity and gas bills. Billing statements can feel overwhelming to customers, with a wall of line items and little context for what any of it means.
Our goal was to turn that confusion into confidence, giving viewers a clear and friendly walkthrough of exactly what they were being charged for and why.
